What God made is very good? What about when things don’t look so good?
After the illness that nearly killed me several times… (see My New Testimony) While at the dentist, I was asked by a member of the staff,
“How do you suffer well?”
I replied, “Any way you slice it, suffering sucks! All I can do is lay at the foot of the Cross.” And that’s what I did. I didn’t do it bravely, or courageously. I was afraid. But, God wasn’t. He knew what to do. And He carried me.
1 Peter 5:10, “And after you have suffered a little while, the God of all grace, who has called you to his eternal glory in Christ, will himself restore, confirm, strengthen, and establish you.”
Thank you Lord that you are always at work in our lives. May your will be done. Amen.
